Within the Upper Eastside enclave is the classic neighborhood of Morningside Miami, just east of Biscayne Boulevard. The neighborhood is renowned since it is the first to be designated as a historic district within the city of Miami. None other than the late pope John Paul II once stayed at one of the Morningside homes.
Morningside real estate contains many waterfront homes of varying size and square footage but what you’ll principally notice about these residences is their design which is classic to when the neighborhood first emerged in the 1920s and began its development. The neighborhood has its own namesake park and is also near the Julia Tuttle Causeway, which provides easy access to Miami Beach.
